Gifter helps customers discover and buy gifts from independent brands and marketplace vendors.

Customers must provide accurate account, payment, billing, recipient, and delivery information. A customer may not use Gifter for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or prohibited purchases.

Prices, delivery options, taxes, fees, and estimated delivery windows are shown before payment where available.

Gifter may decline, cancel, hold, refund, or escalate an order when payment, stock, vendor eligibility, recipient address, fraud, policy, or provider issues require review.

Vendors are responsible for their products, descriptions, fulfilment, stock, returns handling, and compliance with applicable laws.

Gifter operates the marketplace experience, payment routing, customer support intake, moderation, and operational escalation workflows.
